Responsibilities
• Receive repair orders from Service Advisor• Perform work outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform authorized repair• Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts• Tag and save parts, turn in parts if under warranty or requested by customer• Advise service advisor of any additional work needed• Document work performed• Road-test vehicles to ensure repair has addressed customer complaint• Quality check work performed• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins
