Senior Marketing Manager Location Deerfield Beach, FL : Location and Schedule :Full time at our Deerfield Beach Headquarters.This important role is full-time and in office required. Position Summary As the Senior Marketing Manager of Johnny Clean Car Wash, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our Brand Culture of "Clean, Fast, and Awesome." You'll oversee the development, design, and execution of campaigns to boost the overall Johnny Clean brand presence and customer knowledge of our services. This includes managing social media accounts and pages, coordinating with partners and vendors, and tracking marketing performance.

Core Responsibilities: Marketing Develop and implement marketing strategies for various programs and initiatives. Oversee digital marketing campaigns and website content. Monitor advertising campaigns and align them with brand guidelines. Oversee digital marketing campaign analytics and help ensure a strong ROI of marketing spends. Reporting / Analysis Track marketing budgets for digital and traditional media, development, and production. Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance to refine strategies and tactics. Review key competitors and determine points of differentiation for promotional offers and customer communication. Communication Manage relationships with external agencies and internal teams. Conduct regular in person or meetings via technology. Collaborate with other leaders to address challenges and write strategy briefs. Manage and create engaging digital content for the website, blogs, and social media. Coordinate with partners, vendors, and agencies on branding, paid media, print, and local needs. Essential Qualifications: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies. Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and other marketing tools. Experience in managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns. Experience in the automotive, car wash, or service space is a plus. Skills Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. Digital marketing skills such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing. Strong organizational and project management skills.
