Responsibilities
• Handling bookkeeping for multiple companies• Conducting account reconciliation• Communicating directly with clients• Applying accounting policies and regulations• Preparing financial reports• Assisting with controller and CFO tasks• Helping clients with payroll setup• Onboarding and cleanup accounting work• Addressing potential issues• Setting up and maintaining forecasting and budgeting• Training Cycle CPA accounting staff• Assisting with questions from staff
Requirements
• Ability to meet deadlines• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks• Minimum 3 years' experience with multiple clients• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Comfortable with technology• Enjoy working with entrepreneurial business people
