Job Description Role – Senior Accountant
Monday to Thursday in person and Friday is remote Summary
The Senior Accountant participates in month end close and maintains financial reports and records. In addition, the role also includes the processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables. The ideal candidate will be adept at Microsoft Excel, possess strong analytic skills and have prior experience with the industry, software, and job responsibilities.  Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Accountant, you will:Perform month-end close activities required to produce financial statementsPrepare monthly journal entries, including reoccurring entries in accordance with the monthly scheduleWeekly cash reportingPrepare and analyze account reconciliations for assigned accountsAccounts payableAccounts receivable invoice confirmationAccounts receivableFinancial analysis and reportingAssist with annual audit preparationsKey Requirements          Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA Certification (preferred)Prior work experience in related accounting experience (minimum 4 years)Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and OutlookHighly organized & detail orientedExcellent time management and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential materialStrong problem solving, decision-making, listening and creative thinking abilitiesBilingual in Spanish - preferredJob Type: Full-time (Monday to Thursday in person and Friday is remote); company that values work life balance#PermIL2024
