Sales Operations Assistant/ Recruiter

Our Expectations: We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, goal oriented, innovative, and can be a driving force for our company. This position will require that you are proficient in Docusign, Googles platform, Excel, Microsoft, & Workstream. This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday, Hours may vary. We want an individual who is positive and enjoys creating a positive working environment for themselves as well as the people around them. Can you handle high energy personalities? Job Description: As the sales operations assistant/ recruiter you will have specific job duties which include but are not limited to the following:
Onboarding new hires (I9, W2, 1099 forms, docusign agreements) Financing terms Sales incentives and incentive tracking Managing Docusign Sales representative and affiliate training Change orders and fixes Proposals and managing the proposals team Customer service Escalated homeowners General problem solving You would be reporting directly to the CRO.
