Sales Coordinator

Job summary
Assist Director of Sales Sales Managers and Catering Manager in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications through the sales team as well as light selling duties to small groups and functions.Responsibilities include maintaining sales files, answering phone inquiries, typing sales contracts and correspondence, maintaining lead statistics, assisting with creative projects, distributing contracts and revisions, conducting site inspections, organizing deliveries and transportation schedules, attending sales meetings, and other tasks as assigned.Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in a hotel or related field, proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, the ability to type 55 wpm, clear communication skills, problem-solving ability, ability to work under pressure, ability to handle complex information, ability to understand financial information, and basic arithmetic skills.
