• Work closely with prospective residents and their families• Identify and establish new relationships with community partners and referral sources• Provide oversight and guidance to sales team members• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events• Promote and benefit the local community, residents, and prospective residents
Requirements
• 2+ years of senior living sales preferred• Associates or Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred• Proven track record of success• Engaging personality• A love for seniors
