Safety Representative

Safety Representative - HV Electrical Transmission We are looking for a full time Safety Representative to join our team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of high voltage electrical transmission & distribution (T&D) construction - specifically transmission line projects. They will also have a proven track record of safety leadership and a commitment to excellence.
The primary responsibility of the Safety Representative will be to develop and implement safety programs for the company's transmission line construction projects. They will also be responsible for conducting safety inspections, training employees on safety procedures, and investigating accidents. The Safety Representative will work closely with other members of the project team to ensure that all work is done safely and in accordance with all applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. They will also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical transmission & distribution industry. Experience in high voltage T&D is preferred. The candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other safety software. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The Safety Representative will be based in Corona, NM. They will be required to travel to project sites as needed.
