Warehouse Admin Smart Talent is hiring for an Inventory Specialist for an equipment distribution company in Lynnwood, WA. Ideal candidates will have experience with shipping & receiving, inventory Management, and have a strong attention to detail. LOCATION: Lynnwood, WA SCHEDULE: Day Shift: Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm PAY: $23-26/hour BENEFITS OFFERED: o Paid Weekly o Direct Deposit o Paid Training o Paid Sick Leave o Affordable Healthcare Plan o Full-Time Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Monitor daily parts sales and service transactions to gauge inventory needs. • Regularly reconcile QuickBooks reports with physical inventory counts. • Generate purchase orders considering various factors like freight costs, lead times, and vendor requirements. • Evaluate vendor promotions and new product opportunities to align with company objectives. • Lead annual physical inventory counts. • Create and maintain inventory items in QuickBooks accurately. • Coordinate inbound and outbound product logistics efficiently. • Handle inbound shipments, including inspection, documentation, and resolution of discrepancies. • Process outbound orders, ensuring accurate labeling and shipment preparation. • Manage sales orders, invoices, and payment collection. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, parts room, and showroom. • Support service department by coordinating parts transfers and assisting with stock checks. • Provide assistance and product recommendations to retail customers to enhance their shopping experience Additional Responsibilities: • Utilize company vehicles and forklifts as necessary for shipping and receiving. • Handle freight damage claims and manage return goods authorizations (RGAs). • Maintain proper documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments. • Coordinate with bookkeeping for invoicing and financial record-keeping. • Proactively reorder shipping supplies to ensure smooth operations. • Perform light assembly of goods for display purposes. • Collaborate with coworkers to optimize ordering processes for repair needs and sales leads. Qualifications:  • High School diploma or equivalent. • Microsoft Office Products Proficient • Warehouse experience preferred. • Clerical skills required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
