Routing Manager (Beverage Distribution)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Routing Manager in the beverage distribution industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures Plan and coordinate daily routes to maximize efficiency and meet customer demands Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and driver activities Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operations and customer satisfaction Skills: Strong knowledge of alcohol and non-alcohol beverage distribution Excellent team management and leadership skills Previous experience in beverage distribution helpful Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team of drivers Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees Requirements: 1+ years of experience in the distribution industry 1+ years of experience in a leadership role We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
