Our Revenue Retention Rep's goal is to complete courtesy calls to Service Providers who have had a minimum of one failed payment on their account, provide great customer service and attempt to bring their account current.What You'll Do: Outbound Check-in calls to Angi Service Providers who've missed 1 or more payments to offer supportOffer courtesy reminders on failed payments and assist with bringing account currentConflict resolution and negotiationListen effectively and provide solutions when necessaryAnswer our Pro's requests or inquiries which can range from a variety of topicsAct as an advertising consultant for our Pro's to accommodate their business needs which may include upselling Service Providers exciting new products and program offeringsProvide support to fellow Revenue Retention teammatesWho you are:Ability to think on your feet and pivot quickly. Ability to have tough conversations, handle objections and utilize strong problem-solving skills.
