Our Revenue Retention Rep's goal is to complete courtesy calls to Service Providers who have had a minimum of one failed payment on their account, provide great customer service and attempt to bring their account current.What You'll Do: Outbound Check-in calls to Angi Service Providers who've missed 1 or more payments to offer supportOffer courtesy reminders on failed payments and assist with bringing account currentConflict resolution and negotiationListen effectively and provide solutions when necessaryAnswer our Pro's requests or inquiries which can range from a variety of topicsAct as an advertising consultant for our Pro's to accommodate their business needs which may include upselling Service Providers exciting new products and program offeringsProvide support to fellow Revenue Retention teammatesWho you are:Ability to think on your feet and pivot quickly. Ability to have tough conversations, handle objections and utilize strong problem-solving skills. The position requires that you are able to work in an environment that is unpredictable and fast paced.A growth mindset- you crave coaching and feedback and are able to implement as necessaryYou're an empathetic?listener?and?you can?communicate?extremely clearly & concisely?both verbally and in written?forms.You have a strong desire to succeed and growAn individual who is inquisitive and emotionally intelligentPositive, professional, and high-energy attitude with a strong ability to multi-task??  Strong computer skills required, particularly with internet and applications – ie.
