Position Summary The Repair Coordinator is responsible for working in the repair center and working with various departments to ensure proper communication and customer service. Provides various support to the Lab Management team and to Sales and Account Managers.
Duties Enters and corrects repair data in Oracle System; utilizes other software as necessary. Maintains data base of knowledge of where to route specific types of repairs. Notifies Lab Managers of issues during daily review of repairs. Responds to billing and invoice inquiries. Provides administrative assistance as needed. Completes assigned paperwork. Maintains documents of the status of repairs. Aware of and conforms to Company ISO goals and objectives and supports ISO requirements. Education Degree High School Diploma or GED
