Responsibilities
• Identify and implement improvements in process and equipment reliability• Maintain key reliability processes• Support daily maintenance outages• Complete mechanical maintenance projects and checklists• Support mill's goals for safety and environmental areas• Utilize predictive and preventative maintenance programs• Update equipment information and documentation• Develop equipment manuals for maintenance• Manage equipment PM and maintenance programs• Manage contractors for job performance
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent• 2-5 years' experience in mechanical/reliability maintenance• Experience in predictive maintenance technologies• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Project• Knowledge of reliability systems, methods, and processes
Key Skills Needed
• Experience in Pulp & Paper industry• Experience in RCM or FMEA• SAP experience• MLT1 certification or greater• Certified in predictive maintenance technologies• Experience with DMSI MAINTelligence or other route-based software tool
