Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager Workholding to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region by managing sales activities, identifying and developing new business strategies, and resolving customer issues. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that goals are achieved.
*This position will be cover 8 states on the West Coast. Candidates Must have ability to travel regionally as necessary up to 50%. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with customers in order to drive sales growth and foster customer loyalty. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability in the region. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers. Gather customer feedback and use the data to develop improved products and services. Train and develop regional sales staff. Monitor sales activities and performance of regional sales staff. Prepare reports on sales performance. Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the machine tool or workholding industry. Strong knowledge of machining and machine tools. Proven track record of driving sales growth in a region. Excellent customer relations and problem solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
