Responsibilities
• Ensure successful implementation of approved preschool curriculum• Maintain compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements• Emphasize student achievement and create a safe learning environment• Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and community relations• Uphold company standards and model professional leadership• Train and supervise staff• Analyze financial data and make decisions for the success of the preschool• Manage budget and reduce expenses without sacrificing quality• Interact externally with parents, curriculum activities, and vendors
Requirements
• Proven leadership experience at an early childhood facility• Compliance with state licensing standards at a director level• Minimum requirement of education/experience in early childhood care• Comprehensive knowledge of education standards and regulations• Strong knowledge of USDA Nutritional Standards• Must be at least 21 years old and meet corporate driving requirements• Valid Driver's License with a driving record that meets company standards
