Create, read and interpret blueprints and communicate details of those when necessary. Adhere to all state, local and federal HVAC codes and regulations. Complete all internal company forms and keep up with all necessary paperwork and pick tickets. Must be able to operate and utilize Malek Service Company's P.O.S mobile system. Create proposals to homebuilders Utilize Malek Service Company's bid strategies to stay competitive within the marketplace. Present each customer with proper product information and customer satisfaction platforms. COMPETENCIES Maintain a clean driving record & keep a valid driver's license. Be absent of drug use. Customer Service/Communication Skills: New Construction Advisors must talk, listen and help resolve conflicts with customers. An expert communicator will be able to listen effectively to find the root cause of issues and communicate clearly and in a friendly way to solve the issue and keep the customer happy. If you are communicating over email, you will need to be able to write well and use correct grammar. Problem-Solving Skills: New Construction Advisors will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem firsthand. Being able to problem solve with a customer will help your job. Patience : New Construction Advisors may have to deal with confused or irate customers with regards to technical difficulties or weather. Having patience will help you stay polite, even in stressful situations. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE A high school diploma or equivalent. On-site training and continued education will be provided.
