Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in New Orleans. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
Pay range:
$22.50 - $32.75 hourly

Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote The One Agency's brand and services across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Create and manage marketing campaigns, including content creation, design coordination, and performance tracking. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies. Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement. Develop and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and advertisements. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent messaging. Coordinate and execute events, including trade shows, seminars, and community outreach programs. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing. Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
