Responsibilities
• Perform routine building maintenance as directed• Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment• Repair and maintain vacated rooms in a timely manner• Maintain common areas of the community• Complete repairs and service orders timely and according to standards• Maintain positive communication with local authorities• Work within the legal scope of local and state codes
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Prior maintenance experience is required• General maintenance skillset including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, etc.• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment• Previous experience in senior living is a plus
