Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: • 1st Shift – 7 am to 3 pm (Mon.- Fri.) – $18 per hour
• 2nd Shift – 3 pm to 11 pm (Mon.- Fri.) – $19 per hour
• 3rd Shift – 11 pm to 7 am (Mon.-Fri.) – $20 per hour

What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be :
• Following safety and OSHA guidelines
• Following regulations and procedures as specified by USDA, FDA, DEQ, and Ariake
• Being productive and following the standard operating times
• Keeping all areas clean
• Making the highest quality product possible
• Completing assigned paperwork on a timely basis
• Performing basic preventive maintenance on equipment
• Documenting and reporting any concerns to your supervisor
• Assisting other operators in the production department as time permits
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a high school diploma or GED
• Have at least 2 years of Manufacturing, Production, Factory, or Machine Operation experience
• Have good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Have good verbal, written and organizational skills
• Can lift 50 pounds
