Live Haul Coordinator

DescriptionPosition at Pilgrim's Pilgrim's is seeking a Live Haul Clerk for our Moorefield, WV Complex. This position is responsible for all clerical work, and reports to the Live Operations Accounting Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Payroll time cards.Log attendance records.Driver's inspection report.Tentative kill schedules.Attend foreman's meeting.Monthly data reports.Trip reports.Enter Trucks in MTech dailyBack-up for Entering Kill schedule in MTechAttend driver's meetings.General Clerical & Housekeeping DutiesOther duties as assigned.AI & Pesticide ClearancesBack up for other Live Production Area (as needed) BASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years related experience.Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)Experience in SAP preferred.Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary.Must be organized and detail minded.Must have customer service skills and excellent phone etiquetteConfidentiality a must. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have High School Diploma or GED.
