The Garden View Restaurant at the Oregon Garden Resort is seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Line Cook Cook to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workstation. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Experience with a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
