As a Learning & Development Coordinator, You Create Chemistry By... Being responsible for improving training compliance and quality in the departments assigned. This will be accomplished by the development, implementation, and documentation of training curriculum. Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving training content and related documentation (training modules, visual aids, curricula, etc.) used in training Chemical Operators and other employees. Collaborating with internal customers to prioritize employee training, creating training timelines, tracking status, and certifying competency of trainees. Utilizing your strong safety focus, you will provide training to trainees in one-on-one or group face-to-face settings as well as perform job audits to confirm training effectiveness Providing oversight to Training Pool Operator Apprentices (new employees). If you... Have a bachelors with 2+ years of experience or high school diploma with 6+ years of experience Have excellent communication and organization skills.
