Responsibilities
• Collect data, design, build, and implement AI/ML models to support Vision Care initiatives• Identify and scale best practices and advanced models• Research and evaluate innovative analytical methodologies• Interpret and communicate analytic results• Partner with regional markets and business customers• Partner with IT to enable data lifecycle management• Uncover new data sources for use and sourcing• Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements
• PhD with 2 years' experience, Master's Degree with 4 years' experience, OR Bachelor's Degree with 6 years' experience• Educational degree in a quantitative field• Experience in developing and validating machine learning and statistical forecasting models• Proficiency in SQL, Spark, R, Python data science stack or other ML tools• Experience in cloud computing, Azure or AWS• Experience with MLOps• Experience interpreting and communicating analytic results• Preferred: Experience in Retail/Consumer/Marketing businesses• Preferred: Experience in Vision Care/Medical Devices categories• Preferred: Experience in deep learning, natural language processing, and recommendation
