Responsibilities
• Consistently delivering crave-able food, in a timely manner, that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements• Coaching the behaviors of all Team Leaders and Team Members who work in the Kitchen• Ensuring preparation and production procedures are followed• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety• Vigilant attention to the organization and appearance of the kitchen• Leading daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service• Demonstrating a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety• Adjusting to multiple demands and shifting priorities• Systematically and effectively communicating Kitchen-related goals and success factors to Team Members• Connecting with a multicultural team
Requirements
• Ability to receive and provide coaching to the team• Work a maximum of up to forty hours per week in the restaurant• Combine critical thinking and practical leadership to create a culture of innovation• Enthusiastically and passionately lead the Kitchen team• Devotion to serving the local communities• Familiarity with Chick-fil-A Quality Requirements• Attention to detail
