Integrated Marketing Strategist Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning and coordination of comprehensive marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media to enhance member engagement and promote our credit union's products and services. Ensure messaging consistency across all platforms. Paid Media Strategy: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including social media and search engines. Oversee media buys, negotiate rates, and optimize campaign performance. Earned Media Coordination: Collaborate with PR teams to secure media coverage, manage press releases, and cultivate relationships with journalists and community leaders. Track media mentions and report their impact on the credit union's brand. Owned Media Management: Supervise the content strategy for owned media channels, including the credit union's website, blog, email newsletters, and social media accounts. Ensure alignment with the credit union's mission and marketing objectives. Agency and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agency and vendor partners for advertising, PR, content creation, and other services. Coordinate and oversee their deliverables to ensure successful marketing execution. Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for marketing initiatives. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues, capture opportunities, and maintain project schedules. Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless member experience and identify opportunities for cross-channel promotion and marketing integration. Event Representation: Attend industry events, represent the credit union, network with professionals, and gather insights for future marketing strategies. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on key metrics, communicate impact, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to marketing staff. Share best practices and industry knowledge to foster professional growth within the team. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Recommend new approaches to enhance marketing performance. Skills: Proven track record in project management, including oversight of timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing, and email campaigns. Experience in managing relationships with agency and vendor partners and coordinating multi-faceted marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience will be considered
Years of Experience: 6+ years minimum of experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on campaign planning and coordination. Preferred 8+ years experience.
