Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing company performance by crafting effective learning solutions. Leveraging your expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge and performance gaps, design curriculum plans, and develop engaging learning materials. This fully remote, mid-level position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and continuous improvement are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge and performance gaps.
Research content through various methods including interviews, focus groups, and external sources.
Design and develop learning plans, courses, and performance support materials utilizing adult learning theory and best practices.
Utilize rapid instructional design techniques to meet fast-paced project requirements.
Leverage learning technologies and content development tools to create engaging learning solutions.
Stay updated on automotive and digital marketing trends and challenges.
Provide constructive feedback on peer content.
Administer surveys and assessments to measure training effectiveness.
Essential Functions:

Required Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree.
5-7 years of related experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate.
Familiarity with learning management systems.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Proven track record of managing simultaneous projects.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Master's degree.
Experience with SharePoint.
Background in digital marketing or automotive industry.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $56,500 - $106,800
