High School Branch CoordinatorClass Act Federal Credit UnionLouisville, KYApply This position will be located at Jeffersontown High School.
Provide direct operational support and supervision to the Class Act Academy in-school branch program. Coordinate activities with the high school faculty to provide financial education and career academy training, ensuring students possess a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of products and services offered by the Credit Union and have a solid understanding of the data processing system relative to the member service functions. Oversee business development initiatives, setting goals and objectives, organizing school branch marketing campaigns, and measuring and reporting results. Demonstrate teamwork through positive interactions and maintain open lines of communication with other departments throughout the Credit Union. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily activities at the in-school branch to ensure students are following established procedures and the branch is functioning at the same level of all other CAFCU branches. Assist with the interview process and selection of students accepted into the program, as well as the ongoing supervision and evaluation of students participating in the program.Oversee marketing campaigns, social media presence, and delivery of financial literacy presentations in the classrooms. Monitor, track and report activities and results to management.Assist Training Specialist with the summer intern training for new incoming students, as well as ongoing training and coaching of students in the program.Ensure students understand the Credit Union's vision, mission and objectives, as well as their role in achieving the stated objectives.Knowledge and Skills:

Experience: Two years of similar or related experience with a financial institution. Experience utilizing social media platforms is essential.
Education: A college degree is preferred or experience in a related field with equal responsibility may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership skills, problem solving skills, ability to influence and motivate others, and the ability to relate well with others at all levels of school personnel and CAFCU management. Must possess strong presentation skills and be passionate about teaching and mentoring young people. Must be able to work independently with limited or no supervision. Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Should possess mental alertness, neatness in appearance, punctuality, dependability, and a cooperative attitude towards others.
