Responsibilities
• Cashiering and providing World Class Customer Service• Training and educating cashiers on various programs and promotions• Completing daily sales reports and cashier closeout responsibilities• Handling returns, overrides, and customer complaints• Overseeing front end tasks and maintaining registers• Assisting with special orders and grinding nut butters• Learning product locations in all departments• Participating in various tasks such as tagging, stocking, and cleaning• Working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays• Attending mandatory store meetings
Requirements
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred• 1 year of cashiering experience preferred• 1 year of supervising others preferred• Ability to pass food safety training courses• Excellent customer service skills• Highly organized with attention to detail• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
