Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service

Interstate Roofing is looking for an individual that truly loves working with customs. We are a stable (35+ years in business), fun-loving, high quality, mid-sized roofing company with a goal of growth.

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service to our clients and employees. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor with a casual laid back style, a quick smile, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
The Job in a Nutshell: Answer incoming calls. Schedule appointments for salesmen. Assemble sales information packets. General administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, ordering of office supplies, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Must Haves: A genuine desire to help others. Strong computer skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities, while retaining attention to detail. Ability to perform your duties without being supervised (after the training period, of course).
