Job Summary : As a Finance Manager at Cassill Motors, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the financing process for our customers. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of automotive financing, including loan applications, credit assessments, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with sales teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Review and analyze customer credit applications, credit reports, and financial statements to determine eligibility for financing. Loan Origination: Work with financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers, including auto loans and lease agreements. Customer Interaction: Provide professional and informative guidance to customers, explaining financing terms, options, and answering questions to ensure a smooth transaction. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain accurate financial documents, contracts, and other paperwork in compliance with dealership and legal requirements. Negotiation: Negotiate financing terms with customers and financial institutions to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for add-on products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and maintenance plans. Customer Satisfaction: Focus on delivering a high level of customer satisfaction by offering excellent service and transparent communication throughout the financing process. Market Research: Stay informed about current automotive financing trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings to provide the best options to customers. Reporting: Generate regular financial reports and updates for dealership management to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive financing, lending practices, and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Proficiency in financial software Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
