Description Actalent is seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager with a background in construction project estimating and management. Specifically looking for experience in government projects working within demolition.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, self motivation, exceptional multi-tasking and problem solving skills. Day to day tasks include preparing comprehensive estimates, reviewing proposals, and overseeing all aspects of project execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years estimating/PM experience with environmental/demolition
Experience working on government projects
Experience preferred with a focus on lead, asbestos, and mold
Strong background with construction job costing
Ability to communicate effectively with client representatives.
Work Environment Working on-site in the Brighton/Denver Office. There's about 20 people in office and anywhere from 80-120 field staff depending on project load. Flexible hours as long as work in managed appropriately.
