This role involves leading the execution of go-to-market strategies, particularly for the US Public Sector's Federal Government customers, and managing multiple independent projects with a hands-on, consultative approach.Key responsibilities include:Developing and executing sales strategies that align with business objectives and maximize sales organization effectiveness.Analyzing large data sets for trends and insights, defining key performance metrics, and providing actionable recommendations to drive data-driven decisions.Leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project delivery and strategy implementation.Overseeing core sales operations processes, including market optimization, target setting, forecasting, and managing leading indicators.Evaluating and enhancing sales processes, systems, and reporting for improved efficiency and effectiveness.Managing relationships with colleagues, staying informed on industry trends, and maintaining a proactive role in coaching and mentoring team members.Handling quota setting and plans across revenue functions to optimize financial objectives.Qualifications10 years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or business analytics, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment with $500M+ revenue.At least 8 years of people management experience, skilled in building and retaining a high-performance, geographically dispersed team within an inclusive culture.Minimum of 5 years in Sales Operations and/or Sales Strategy with a track record ofindependentproject management and leading cross-functional teams.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships, drive change, and collaborate effectively across an organization.Strong understanding of sales processes, with experience in strategy development and implementation, and comfortability inanalyzinglarge data sets to identify trends.Proven self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Demonstrated ability to scale business operations, drive operational excellence, and facilitate the transition to modern CRM platforms, making data-driven decisions.Equal Opportunity Employer:NetApp is firmly committed to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and to compliance with all federal, state and local laws that prohibit employment discrimination based on age, race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, religion, disability or genetic information, pregnancy, protected veteran status, and any other protected classification. Did you know…Statistics show women apply to jobs only when they're 100% qualified. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.  In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
