Digital Payments and Operations Specialist SUMMARY As a Digital Payment and Operations Specialist, you will perform a variety of daily tasks and assignments that support the bank's Digital Banking payment channels (ACH, Wire, Bill Pay, Remote Deposit). You will process online banking transactions for customers and will become an expert on the policies, procedures and laws and regulations relating to electronic forms of banking.

JOB DUTIES You will enjoy learning about all of the current and future features and functionality of the bank's digital banking systems. You will work with the team to solve customer questions with their Online and Mobile Banking and Remote Deposits transactions. Solutions can be different depending on the device they are using to do their banking. To provide the best service, you will need the basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills for a variety of iPhones, iPads, Android phone and Android tablets. You will monitor and administer incoming and outgoing payment types, notifying customers when necessary. When a problem arises, you will investigate and find a resolution which could include communicating with other financial institutions. You will process Positive Pay ensuring exception returns are sent to the appropriate areas for return. New customer setups will be completed promptly and accurately. You will take special care to include mapping files created from customers various accounting systems. You will generate reports from the bill pay system and balance the internal account, contacting customers when necessary to resolve bill pay discrepancies. Along with your team, you will support Business and Retail Remote Deposit Capture including new customer setups. Using the bank's CRM system will help with tracking customer resolutions and activities. The Digital Banking team also participates in disaster recovery and upgrade testing for various platforms, cross-trains and provides backup assistance for all payment channels. QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years banking experience. High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, mobile devices and online banking applications is required. Working knowledge of iPhone, iPad, Android phone and Android tablets to provide customer phone/technical support for Online and Mobile Banking, and Remote Deposit software used by customers. Familiarity with the following vendor's application is helpful, but not necessary: Q2, Centrix a Q2 company, iPay, Jack Henry Profit Stars, Fiserv Payments Exchange, & FedLine.
