Position Description Data Manager (Full-time- 40 hours per week)
Texas Home Visiting (THV) Program- Laredo, Webb Co.

SCAN's Texas Home Visiting Program is committed to the prevention of child abuse and neglect through education and early intervention in Laredo and Webb County.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collecting, recording, and submitting participant data. Conducting clerical services to support the program. Keeping the Program Director informed of any data collection and reporting concerns. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Good data entry skills Good written and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a broad range of people. Excellent attention to detail. Resourceful problem solver. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work independently as well as to be a contributing team member. Maintain a positive attitude. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365. Minimum Qualifications:
An associate degree or 60-plus college credits in business administration or related field required. Bilingual (Englis-Spanish) is a plus. One year of work experience performing data entry is preferred. Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license are required. Benefits for this Full-Time Position Include:
