Job Description:

The Customer Support Officer at Priceline Group is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.3. Provide product and service information to customers.4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.6. Maintain customer records and update customer accounts as needed.7. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Motivated and resilient personality traits.3. Strong attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Associate degree or higher.
