We are a high-tech, patient-oriented orthodontic practice that is well-known for our techniques with Invisalign.
We are seeking a reliable, organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
The right individual should have exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
Position Details
Communicate with and coach patients throughout their orthodontic treatment
Communicate with patients via phone, text, email, messaging, and video conferencing
Manage telehealth dashboards, notifications, protocols, and systems
Create systems, scripting, and protocols for other team members
Coordinate and schedule in-person and tele-health appointments
Digital charting and scheduling
Taking digital radiographs and photographs
Taking 3D iTero intra-oral scans
Adjusting Invisalign appliances
Assisting in the placement and removal of appliances
Sterilizing instruments and operatories
Qualifications
High school degree or higher
Minimum of 2 years of work experience
Previous sales or customer service experience
Previous orthodontic experience is preferred but not required

Enjoy working with patients of all ages – from children to seniors
Ability to deliver exceptional and consistent customer service
Ability to use software applications, enter data, and process information
Understanding digital applications, such as chat, text, email, and the web
Expert at spotting, deciphering, and fixing issues with technological and clinical requirements
Ability to motivate and encourage
Ability to work unsupervised and independently
Ability to establish priorities for patient care
Schedule
4 Days per week
2 Saturdays per month
Will be based at both Ala Moana and Pearlridge locations
