Job Summary We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative. You will serve as print-line call handling agent supporting an array of customer groups with inquiries about company products and services
Job Description Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics Identify customers' needs, clarify information, understand every issue and provide solutions Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input Willingness to expand knowledge and take on other duties as assigned. Previous experience in a customer support role preferred Skills Required Track record of over-achieving quota Strong/active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Strong computer skills Shift Schedule: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Education/Training/Certifications High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred Pay Rate/Salary $19 per hour Benefits of working as a Customer Service Representative in Job, WV:
