Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:As a Customer Care Assistant at Eastman Chemical, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through remote communication channels. Your primary role will be to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.2. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.3. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.7. Assist with processing orders and returns as needed.8. Seek continuous improvement in customer service processes.9. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals.

Requirements:1. Motivated and hardworking attitude.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.5. High school diploma or equivalent.6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.9. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
