A degree is preferable.   Knowledge of refrigeration and the HVAC industry is a plus.   Ability to manage multiple accounts, set and balance competing priorities with good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.   Ability to solve problems and apply good judgment.   Excellent verbal/nonverbal and written communication and presentation skills.   Excellent customer service skills, including an ability to proactively address customer issues and concerns and the ability to forge strong working relationships with customers.   Track record of punctuality and reliability.   Ability to use typical business tools including MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CRM, etc.   Ability to understand and follow customers' contract requirements, scorecards, etc.   Ability to work with minimal supervision.   Ability to work constructively in a team environment and follow instructions from the Manager.   Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.   Ability to respond to after hours and/or weekend calls and resolve issues if needed.   Today, there are 22 different companies that make up the CoolSys family of brands .  Our valued employees are at the heart of our continued growth and success.
