We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.Responsibilities:Lead the safe execution of all Site Services activities including facility maintenance and contractor supervision Develop and implement construction and contractor scopes of work and KPI's Audit Contractor performance based on KPI's Lead Fire Systems Management, Radio Network, and HVAC Maintenance functions Facilitate tax and insurance audits Lead Fuel and Propane facilities preventative maintenance and repair Ensure that short-range activities remain aligned with schedule and other maintenance activities Implement maintenance improvement strategy Sustain an attitude of continuous improvement throughout the organization Ensure that departmental condition monitoring and reliability objectives are met Other duties as assigned Qualifications:BS in Engineering, Construction Management or relevant experience preferred Six (6) years mining experience with four (2) in progressive supervisory or technical roles preferred Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office required - experience with Oracle preferred Proven safe work record required Satisfactory safety, performance, and attendance records required What We Can Offer YouA comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution AND employer match, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!
