Job Description:

Newell Brands is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is hardworking, resilient, and has strong attention to detail. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Assist customers with product information, order placements, and issue resolutions- Use customer relationship management software to log interactions and track customer requests- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues- Meet and exceed key performance indicators for customer service, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Leadership skills to take ownership of customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions- Attention to detail to accurately capture customer information and follow up on requests- No prior experience required - we will provide training for the right candidate
