We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing safety protocols, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The Construction Safety Manager will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to promote a culture of safety and minimize risks on construction sites. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures for construction sites Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations Provide safety training and education to employees and subcontractors Investigate accidents and near misses, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future incidents Review project plans and specifications to identify potential safety concerns Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement site-specific safety plans Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports Stay up-to-date on changes to safety regulations and industry best practices Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction safety management Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or related field  Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or other relevant certifications
