Job Description:
Alphabet is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Associate to join our remote team in New York City, New York. As an Entry Level Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support via email, phone, and chat- Ensure client satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex problems when necessary- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maintain client retention rates
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Highly organized and detail-oriented- Driven and confident with a positive attitude- Proven experience in customer service or sales is a plus
