The Manager of Client Strategy is responsible for ensuring all key stakeholders have the right business insights at the right time. Partnering with senior leadership, account management, and business development - this role will help support the client's strategic staffing objectives. The Manager of Client Strategy will be a quantitative thinker who analyzes industry and internal data, communicates insights to clients, and makes recommendations to optimize performance. They support enterprise growth via pricing, profitability, contracting, operational and value-based strategies that ensure CHG stands out from their competition. Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of client goals and KPIs and discuss business strategy with key stakeholders. Partners with enterprise account management and business development leaders to set strategies to achieve growth, profitability and to gain market advantage. Directs work for business intelligence and analytics teams and develops insight throughout the organization. Leading communication between internal enterprise account management and strategy team to execute. Analyze internal and market data to communicate results and insights to internal stakeholders and clients. Responsible for enhancing strategic partnerships with executive leaders in across the enterprise as a strategic solutions expert. Collaborates with marketing and product to develop sales collateral and business process to support strategic client acquisition efforts. Excellent internal influence skills to help aid internal teams to develop structure, operational plans and visibility to support enterprise contracts. Rally enterprise sales and account management teams around core strategies and objectives to drive adoption. Partner with employees and executives internally to aid the development of the large client strategies across the organization. Responsible for developing new solutions to meet specific client needs and ensuring that there is an ROI for CHG and our clients. Qualifications: Excellent people leadership skills. Servant leader attributes. High level of comfort with quantitative concepts; this is not a highly technical role, but strong numeracy skills are a must. Maintains a professional but confident and outgoing demeanor. Ability to effectively prioritize and communicate with multiple departments multiple departments (BI, Analytics, Marketing, Legal, etc.) on requests from clients and enterprise client solutions team. Ability to troubleshoot data-related issues. Proven ability to develop a strong and engaged team. Ability to understand and analyze data and communicate findings to clients. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience communicating across teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically in client-facing materials and presentations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. SQL knowledge is a plus. Extremely strong personal organization and attention to detail. Develop a positive team culture. Excellent internal and external influence skills. The ability to build creditability and trust at all levels Prioritization skills with the ability to handle various competing priorities. Ability to lead change management initiatives. Highly collaborative. Estimated up to 25% travel - to include client, industry, and our external offices. Education & Years of Experience Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus. 3-5 years of work experience at a startup, internal strategy group, tech company, consultancy or in marketing or finance; experience in healthcare service role is a plus. Preferred: Locom Tenes agency experience Healthcare experience
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $72,000 -- $192,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
