Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Dollar General in Washington, D.C. This position is full-time and at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience in client service. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and resourceful personality, along with strong soft skills in project management and creativity.

Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues, providing excellent customer service at all times- Manage client accounts and maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction and identify any additional needs- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and implement client projects and initiatives- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and retention- Monitor customer feedback and provide timely resolutions to any concerns or complaints- Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth- Assist with the development of client-focused marketing materials and presentations- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide proactive recommendations to clients

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 4+ years of experience in client service or account management- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Experience in retail or consumer goods industry preferred- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
