Job Description:

Yum Brands is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and increase customer loyalty. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback- Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests and issues- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any problems- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve services- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resourceful and adaptable approach to problem-solving- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients- Excellent research skills to understand client needs and preferences- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities- Experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus
