Job Summary: Bell Ford is looking for Automotive Sales Associates to join our growing team! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED. WE WILL TRAIN YOU ON THE JOB! The right candidates will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing new and used cars that best meet our customers' needs. Sales staff enjoy the best work/life balance work schedule in the industry. 43 hours a week average, 5 day schedule $2,400/month guaranteed!
