Campus Talent Acquisition Recruiting CoordinatorAre you organized, proactive, and driven to develop a career in Human Resources? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.As a Talent Acquisition Campus Recruiting Coordinator at Millennium, your main responsibility is to partner with our internal campus recruiting team to ensure an outstanding recruiting experience for our candidates and hiring managers. Acting as a partner to the Recruiters, you'll maintain clear lines of communication with the recruiting team, hiring managers and candidates. Day-to-day this means coordinating all candidates' interviews and logistics, leading the candidate onboarding process, and participating in team projects.If this sounds like an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in recruiting, we'd love to hear from you!Principal ResponsibilitiesWork with internal campus recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to schedule interviews with candidatesAct as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview processTrack candidates and move them through the recruitment process; produce reports for recruiters to use for weekly team updatesSchedule and facilitate candidate feedback sessionsManage candidate onboarding including offer letter creation and confirming start datePartner with the team to design the summer internship programAd hoc projects and requests to support recruiting processesQualifications/Skills RequiredBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college0 - 2 years of professional HR work experience; preferably within financial servicesOutstanding oral and written communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with individuals of all levelsAble to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, high pressure, constantly evolving environmentProficient to advanced computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience with applicant tracking systems is a plusMillennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $100,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
