ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a part-time, experienced, go-getting, organized, events and natural products-loving Brand Ambassador Lead to join our SchroderHaus crew.
This opportunity is a part-time role from May-July with the potential for continued work after this contract. Reporting to our Founder, Head of the Haus, the Part-Time Brand Ambassador Lead will play a pivotal role in planning and executing programming for Little Spoon. Specifically, this work will include, but not be limited to:
Hiring and training of additional Little Spoon Part-Time Brand Ambassadors to be the face of Little Spoon at events and other sampling opportunities
Leveraging your knowledge of Colorado events and how to best connect with Denver families, assistance researching and planning event sponsorships and non-event sampling opportunities
Assistance in developing on-site sampling logistics plans - some Little Spoon products must stay chilled - as well as on-site, small activities to attract consumers to the booth
Build rapport with event organizers and with companies and organizations where we will be providing samples, e.g. Kickin' It Kids Gym
Leading staff on-site at events and non-event sampling activations, leading by example with a high-energy, enthusiasm and brand knowledge
Partnership with our cold/dry storage vendor on samples inventory management and storage as well as pick-up and delivery of samples to events
Consistent communication with the Founder, Head of the Haus, including periodically being in-person at SchroderHaus' offices in Denver for meetings
Assistance developing meeting agendas and status updates for meetings with Little Spoon; staffing of those meetings
Perform against key program KPIs (e.g. # of samples distributed per event), including but not limited to a goal for the number of samples distributed at an event and new consumer engagement/touch points
Submission and approval of event/activation reports within specified, required time frame that includes photos, activation results and consumer feedback.
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU'RE A FIT?
You're ready to dive right in! We're looking for an experience Brand Ambassador who's ready to start working with our team as soon as possible
You're a social chameleon. You're comfortable approaching a variety of strangers and speaking in a natural and compelling conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer.
You thrive in a family friendly and fun environment.
You've had at least two years of experience in varied Brand Ambassador roles, sampling and selling products at events, in-store (grocery demos) and more
You are PUMPED about the idea of getting experience with an entrepreneurial agency team that's dedicated to providing clients kick-ass, creative support
When you reach for a snack, it's typically one that's free of weird stuff like pesticides and preservatives - you LOVE finding new natural foods to NOSH on
You like to laugh and have fun
You have a impeccable attention to detail and pride yourself on work being client ready
BONUS: You've specifically been an ambassador for a natural products industry food or beverage company before
Ability to travel throughout the region (Greater Denver Metro Area) with reliable transportation that can get you and samples to and from events
Ability to work weekend events from May-July
Must possess both a clean driving record and no criminal record
Must have a valid driver's license that is not expired, suspended, or revoked and proof of vehicle insurance as required by state law.
Requirements PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position will be required to stand and walk around at events for 8-12 hours and must be able to bend and carry up to 50 lbs alone and up to 100 lbs with another team member.
Benefits HOURS & COMPENSATION:
Our Part-Time Brand Ambassador Lead will earn between $30-35/hour based on experience, and will work, on average, 15-25 hours per week from May-July 2024.
Additionally, Part-Time Brand Ambassador will earn a $50 bonus on days of event activations to help cover mileage and meals.
