• Operates Xerox Fleet of Printers and systems / equipment that supports products or services• Performs tasks according to established procedures• Completes a variety of typical assignments• Helps determine the appropriate approach for new assignments• Trains and provides support to Level 1 and 2 associates• Works with scheduling and operations teams to meet clients SLAs
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States• Pass a criminal background check and drug test• Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems• Attention to detail• Minimum of 1 year of experience in transaction processing or data entry
